This Statue is Alive


Here are my friends, Carol, Kara and Blenda
at the entrance to the Manley Art Center in
Brookings, Oregon.
We were there for the Watercolor Society of Oregon
Convention and Art Exhibition.

I joined the group and the guy who was the live
statue posed for us.

What fun! Oh yes and do you see the bird sitting on the wheel? He's real too! I don't know why the bird didn't try to fly away but he just stayed perched the whole time.

I thought I saw a little collar around the bird's neck in another photo but I didn't realize that set up wasn't all gray concrete.
Call it:"5 chicks and a Captain." Ha!
